What a claim is

A line under your card: Your link and one sentence, on your card page only. Same size for everyone. Links carry rel="sponsored" because that is what they are.
Not a different year: The stamp comes from counting posts. A claim cannot change the year, the count, the wall, or anyone else’s card. Ever.
Live on payment: Checkout runs through Polar. The line appears the moment the payment is confirmed and stays for 12 months. No renewal unless you ask.

The card shows totals. The report lists each of the top posts X exposed for the handle, with its year, date, likes, reposts and replies, sorted by year. Enough to see what your peak year was actually made of. Any handle, not only your own.
